Red clover falls under the group of herbs which are part of traditional medicine, and are widely used to treat various health conditions. Among these health conditions, it was found that red clover is used to manage hot flashes, helps to deal with osteoporosis, arthritis, and skin disorders. Consumption of this herb should be done after consulting with the health care provider/ Doctor, mostly if one is taking a specific chronic medication.
