PART ONE: DIS-EASE TREATMENT AND HEALTH-4

Colds and Flu
Colds are a commercial term given to disease. Colds are a bodily defense reaction to a toxic or polluted septic body system and/or imbalanced body chemistry (minerals, vitamins, etc.). The common accepted ignorance is that one can "catch a cold". A "cold" is developed, not caught. You cannot "catch healthy" by standing near a healthy person. So it follows that you cannot catch a cold by contacting some strange virus., A dis-eased (toxic) body has little defense  against a strange virus, and this is the perfect environment for them.

The catarrhal (mucous) discharge called a "cold" is the body's attempt to rid itself of waste  (toxic impurities) that it could not pass out through the bowels (manure) or urine or perspiration. This dis-eased mucus drains out the body via the lungs and nasal passage and is ignorantly callaed a "cold."
Generally, it is caused by constipatio or a diet of partial foods (junk foods) which produces partial health known a a dis-ease. The body is not "at-ease" it is in the state od "dis-ease" called a "cold."

Constipation
Constipation is hard or loose fecal matter (diarrhea). Several reasons for this are: !) too little water (should be 1 fluid ounce for each 2 pounds of normal body weight); 2) non-fiber foods (refined wheat, sugar); 3) preservatives (retards digestion); 4) too little exercise; 5)eating too late (should have a late meal 4 or five hours before going to sleep; 6) digestive organs (liver, stomach, pancreas, etc.); 7) food combining); 8) junk foods; and 9) imbalances. It takes four hours for the stomach to empty. No meal or snack should be eaten until the stomach is emptied or else constipation will result. Gas, bad breath, coated tongue, hard stools, and loose stools (manure) are all indications of constipation. Also, a failure to have one bowel movement for each meal eaten indicates constipation.

Muscle, Menstrual Cramps
Cramps can be caused by the muscles not getting the proper nutrients or not getting enough oxygen which results in lactic acid waste. The nutritionally starved muscles cannot relax; this is called a cramp. In addition, the body may not be able to burn (metabolize) the nutrients if they are present. Muscles rely largely upon minerals- particularly magnesium, potassium, calcium, and vitamins B6 and D. Furthermore, an acid condition of the body can burn up the alkalines (minerals).

Supplements
Vitamin B6, D, e, pantothenic acid, calcium, magnesium, potassium, silica, sodium and GABA.

Diabetes
Diabetes is a pancreas dis-ease. The condition exists when the body has sugar (natural fuel for the body) in it, but fails to recognize it. So, the body urinates out the sugar. Usualy, the urine will become morbid and change in odor and color. The result of this is weight loss, loss of appetite, continuous thirst, and an overworked pancreas. The pancreas secrets insulin which burns sugar. Sugars that do not burn insulin, such as fructose, may be used. However fructose damages the liver.

Diabetes is usually caused by overeating and is commonly found in so-called affluent or rich countries. It is caused by eating refined carbohydrates  (bleached white flour and refined sugar). Also, eating excessive amounts of animal flesh and animal fats (fats and proteins change to sugar in te body) causes diabetes.

Supplements
Vitamin B complex, B6, F, C, E, A, D, niacin (niacinamide) minerals such as chrominum, potassium and manganese.

PART ONE: DIS-EASE TREATMENT AND HEALTH-3

ALLERGIES
Allergies are physical and emotional reactions to plants and/or other substances. Also, eating of synthetic chemical food additives (synthetic poisoning substances added to food cause allergic reactions. Human's raised on mother's milk usually do not develop allergies. Additionally, feeding children grasses (wheat, rye, etc.)., cattle (cow) milk and other non-human milk, animal flesh and other foods which children lack the teeth to chew and the enzymes (food breakdown fluid) to digest can cause allergic reactions. Allergies are a failure of the body to breakdown (metabolize) a particular type of food and./or nutrient.

TEST
One test for allergies involves taking a person's pulse. The pulse usually increases when a person eats a little of an allergic substance, or comes in contact with an allergic substance.

  • FOODS
A whole foods diet with organically grown (no-synthetic chemicals are used during farming) vegetables. a liquid (vegetable and fruit juice) diet 2 to 3 times a week. Also, eating one type of food (that is non-allergic) and then adding on food daily helps to create a non-allergic diet. Avoid junk foods and drugs.

PART ONE: DIS-EASE TREATMENT AND HEALTH-2

ARTHRITIS
Arthritis is a dis-ease reaction and a symptom of a dis-ease. it is an inflammation caused by crystalized toxic waste from a constipating diet and earth mineral deposits in the joints.

The presence of arthritis can mean that the body is not dissolving and flushing out waste deposits of toxins or earth minerals. These deposits also collect in the tissues and muscles.

The body immobilizes  (stops) any part of the body that needs repairs. For example, a sprained wrist becomes stiff and a strained muscle becomes stiff  (called nature's cast). An injured part of the body remains sore or stiff until repaired.  If repairs are not made then that part becomes permanently stiff (calcified), or immobilized.

In the case of arthritis, the body itself becomes stiff like a cast or immobilized. In the case of waste in the bone joints while rheumatism is waste in the muscles. Both conditions can be from constipation caused by poor diet.

  • SUPPLEMENTS
Vitamin C, calcium-magnesium, bromelain, potassium, B< B6, E, brewer's yeast, sea water 2-3n tbsp., pantothenic acid, bioflavonoids, sod, niacinamide, zinc, copper and manganese.

Heat oil slowly, pour water on top of oil (to prevent evaporation); heat until oil simmers. Pour off the water, then dip flannel cloth in oil. Use enough cloth to wrap affected parts. If more oil is needed use more castor oil. After dipping flannel cloth in oil, place on the affected part (rub affected part with camphor oil first). Cover the flannel cloth with plastic and place a heating pad over the part. Keep heating pad on for at least 1 hour.

POULTICE
To make a poultice use 2 tbsp. ginger root, 2 tbsp. horseradish. 1 tbsp. orris root, 3 tbsp. slippery elm powder and 1 tbsp. red cayenne pepper to 1 cup of water or 1 oz herb to 20 oz. of water. Add hot water and mix herbs together until it forms into a paste. Spread the herb paste on a white cotton cloth with a white plastic sheet. Then wrap with a dry towel. Leave poultice on joint for at least 1 hour or until poultice becomes painful.

ASTHMA - CONGESTED LUNGS

Asthma is a dis-ease reaction that causes the bronchial tubes ( small parts of the lungs which look like bulbs) to contract. The mucous membranes (skin in lungs) swell with fluid mucous  (which is undigested blood).

The body needs excessive  (large quantities) amounts of air in order to burn (breakdown) toxins, white sugar, alcohol, synthetic chemicals and allergens, which irritate the lungs causing fluid to come in order to protect the membranes.

This excessive work makes the lungs tired and causes dis-eases and dis-ease reactions.

Asthma is usually caused by allergic reactions to adulterated foods or hypertensive or emotional upsets, which trigger an allergic reaction.

Asthma, like all other dis-eases and dis-ease reactions, is wholistic (combined body, mind and spirit). Therefore, it requires a wholistic cure.

Contra-indicated foods that should be avoided are animal flesh, cow's milk, alcohol, cigarettes and all processed foods (junk food).

SKIN ERUPTIONS
Skin eruptions can be in the form of bumps, rashes, acne, boils, black and whiteheads, pimples, herpes and pus-bumps. The pus is actually nature's liquid bandage, and is filled with curative nutrients.

The diet to assist skin cleansing should consist of raw fruits and vegetables, whole grains and wheat, beans, especially soya beans, brown rice, sprouts, millet, nuts, seeds and other whole foods.

Avoid processed foods, excess fat, fried foods and animal fats.

There are many drugs to avoid such as alcohol, cigarettes, white sugar, coffee, soft drinks, cocoa, commercial tea, synthetic deodorants (they keep in toxins) and commercial toothpaste.

These above restrictions should be followed for a healthy diet.

TREATMENTS
Wash skin with a natural soap, black (herbal/mineral) soap and clay soap.

Do not use commercial cosmetics, shampoos, lotions or creams. Skin dis-ease (acne) is usually aggravated and worsened by emotional tension and stress.

  • SUPPLEMENTS
Vitamin, A, C, B complex , F (as found in cold -pressed soy, sesame, safflower and flaxseed oil), and niacin are helpful. Also, minerals such as dolomite and zinc are useful.
  • Further, L-Lysine creme is effective. Additionally primrose oil and herb are beneficial. A natural multiple vitamin and mineral formula is beneficial.
  • FOODS
Aloe Vera Juice and Cod Liver Oil.

VARICOSE VEINS

The arteries become hard or lose their flexibility due to dis-ease. Hardening is not the primary dis-ease, it is a secondary dis-ease reaction.

Hardening can be caused by absence of liquid of fluid within the arteries.

Salt, white sugar and animal flesh are substances which cause arteries to harden.

The body reacts by secreting oil (cholesterol) to soften the arteries  which causes a high cholesterol level in the body.

This scientifically demonstrates that excessive eating of refined , bleached white flour and white sugar will cause hardening of the arteries.

Also, hydrogenated fats and large amounts of saturated  (animal) fats such as tallow, which has a high accumulation of toxins, are responsible.

  • SUPPLEMENTS
Vitamin C, E, B complex, B, niacin, rutin, bioflavinoids, lecithin, choline and calcium lactate.
  • FOODS
Kiwi, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, star-fruit (also known as carambola) mango, green plants, brewer's yeast, lecithin.
  • HERBS
Kelp, garlic, hawthorn, yarrow, witch hazel, marigold, goldenseal, cayenne. comfrey, rosehip, mistletoe.
  • HOMEOPATHIC
